Pat has worked in healthcare all her career including within the NHS, charitable and independent sectors. Pat initially spent 10 years practising as a physiotherapist in acute, mental health, learning disability and community sectors. The remainder of her career has seen Pat leading service transformation and improvement in a range of settings including health, social care, digital and built environment. Pat has recently retired from her role as an executive director in a number of NHS Trusts where she has enjoyed helping to make change and improvements happen through and with people whilst working closely with staff, service users and the public.
